Healthy Lifestyle Change

BALANCED DIET If you want to live a healthy lifestyle, you also must feel good from the inside.  We all know that yukky feeling after eating unhealthy things like crisps, fries etc..  We automatically feel bad after that. But we also know that feeling after eating, e.g a super fruit salad, don't you automatically feel better?  That is how you want to feel all the time right? Still all those addicting ingridients in the unhealthy food make us crave them, even though we know they will make us feel bad.  Weird, isn't it? But good news is, that our body only needs 21 days to change it's eating habits entirely!   YES:                                                                                        - fresh fruits                                               - fresh vegetables                                       - nuts and seeds                                           - healthful oils
