Healthy Lifestyle Change


BALANCED DIET


If you want to live a healthy lifestyle, you also must feel good from the inside. 
We all know that yukky feeling after eating unhealthy things like crisps, fries etc.. 
We automatically feel bad after that. But we also know that feeling after eating, e.g a super fruit salad, don't you automatically feel better? 
That is how you want to feel all the time right? Still all those addicting ingridients in the unhealthy food make us crave them, even though we know they will make us feel bad. 
Weird, isn't it? But good news is, that our body only needs 21 days to change it's eating habits entirely!



 YES:   
                                                                                  
- fresh fruits                                              
- fresh vegetables                                      
- nuts and seeds                                          
- healthful oils                                            
  
                                      

 NO:

- processed foods
- soda
- dairy
- sweets



Try to vary your diet as much as possible and try to keep it colorful! Avoid white food and eat more green and red food! Also you really shouldn't eat anything 3 hours before you go to bed. Drink a lot of green tea and WATER! I know you probably heard this a million times, but water really is the key to everything :)

TIPP: Try to eat clean throughout the week and have a "cheat day" once a week. That will help you stop having cravings.



EXERCISE


The most important thing about exercising is FUN. Find something that works for you! If you love it you won't even see it as "exercise" anymore. Moving and doing something good for your body shouldn't make you feel bad or demotivated. Have fun doing something good for your body and mind. I would highly recommend dancing! It is amazing for your body and makes us happy as well! Dance alone to your favorite music or with a group in a dance club! Just the way you like it :) If you are happy with going to the gym, then that is awesome aswell! Just do what makes you happy and brings you joy. Really try to exercise 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes! :) 

TIPP: Get a cute workout outfit, it will make you feel better and more motivated instantly! 




REDUCE STRESS



Just relax. Really. Stress is not good for you. Try to find something that calms you down and helps you find your inner peace. Do meditation or yoga or something with music, just something that keeps your mind at peace. Also to reduce stress, sleep more! 8 hours a day actually are essential!

TIPP: Don't let other people influence you,or bring you down, stay positive, laugh more often and just be a happy person!
